Attorney general candidates differ on drunken driving penalties

The candidates for attorney general are cruising in different directions on drunken driving laws, with Democrat Scott Hassett calling for tougher penalties and Republican incumbent J.B. Van Hollen cautioning they may not be worth their cost to the public.
